Every body is unique. Everybody's fitness goals are different. So why should our workouts be the same? At Calibrated we customize your workout to fit your specific goals and needs. We are a team of highly trained fitness professionals who specialize in getting you results while getting you out of pain and decreasing your risk of injury. We do this by taking you through our three step consultation process with one of our fitness coaches to design a customized workout plan calibrated to your body.

 

First, your coach will sit down with you to get to know you, as well as what you're hoping to gain (or lose!) from your workout. You will be asked to answer questions about your diet, exercise, and lifestyle as well as detailes about your health and medical history. Next, your coach will do a body analysis; recording height, weight, and body measurments, as well as a posture evaluation. Finally, your coach will take you through the Function Movement Screen (FMS) to assess your overall quality of movement as well as to identify any areas of weakness or asymetry.
